With the current fuel prices it pays to conserve our gasoline and make our car trips count by consolidating daily or weekly errands. Trading in a vehicle is not always an option so extra effort is needed to watch gas levels so money is not wasted. If you are able to trade in for a vehicle that is more efficient, it pays to look around and read reports on fuel saving models before you commit. I switched my suburban several years ago for a hybrid and am reaping the benefits of better gas mileage. I feel good knowing that this choice helps the environment.
